REPEAT MEDICATION
For a veterinarian to dispense a prescription-only medication (POM) it is necessary for the pet to be "under the care" of that vet. At Park House Veterinary Centre, under our care is defined as a pet that is examined and reviewed every three months.
In addition to this we feel that in order to provide the best care, it is essential to examine your pet every three months to check their prescription is appropriate, their condition is responding, and no other associated conditions have developed. Your pet's yearly booster vaccination can count as one of their three-monthly health checks.
